Readers may notice that I've been delinquent on responding to comments the past few days. Somehow, I turned off the feature that sends comment notifications to my e-mail, so I thought there wasn't any activity there. I'll turn it back on, take a look at the comments I've received, and try to find time to catch up (though I make no guarantees).
